Returns and exchanges are welcomed within a 12 day arrival window on regular priced, non-pre-order, non-sale and non-discounted (including discounted by promo-code) merchandise on un-washed,un-worn, unused,"like new" items with tags attached and original packaging. 

In the event that your item is not quite right and you need to make an exchange, we will gladly do that, as long as we have the product in stock, and any necessary exchange fees are paid.  Please contact us to ensure  that we have your newly desired item on-hand and available when your exchanged item arrives to us, as we stock limited quantities of each item we carry. Anything that falls out of that 12 day window, was discounted (including by promo-code), or pre-ordered, is considered a final sale.

 

Your refund will process within 5-10 business days of receipt. 

Custom orders, and personalized items will not be refunded unless the item damaged or defective. Please call customer service at (561) 247-2359 to discuss any issues with these items.

When making a qualified return/exchange, please ensure that your items have all the tags/labels in place, as well as original shoe boxes in order to avoid any processing delays. We cannot refund shipping fees, and require a flat fee of $5.75 for shipping costs to and from, for the exchange. Items given free shipping will be deducted from credit given.  If free shipping was earned for your order and the return brings you below the free shipping minimum order amount your refund will be processed with the appropriate shipping fee subtracted.

All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within 24 hours. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return. Returns made without contacting us first with result in a $8 restocking fee in addition to the loss of the $5.75 flat shipping rate. 

Kids Fly Too gladly honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase.  Sale price adjustment does not include limited-time promotions, including discount code and gift with purchase offers. To obtain a price adjustment, please send us an email to allison@kidsflytoo.com withing the seven day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we will issue you a store credit in the amount of the adjustment. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.

Is a flat rate of $5.75 for standard shipping within the U.S. 

 

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 3-5 business days (usually MUCH sooner), but are happy to expedite a package to if you have an urgent need or request. If you would like to make other shipment arrangements, please either email us at allison@kidsflytoo.com or call (561) 247-2FLY(2359) to place your order. There will likely be additional fees, but we will work to guarantee we have the most cost effective solution for your needs.

We will combine shipping on orders placed on the same calendar day, but will NOT refund more than one shipping charge. If a promo code is used on multiple orders, shipping cost will NOT be refunded. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses other than the one used at checkout. If a mistake is made during checkout, please re-buy the item using the correct address. 

 

Canada Flat Rate: $10

All other International Flat Rate: Varies by country. 

International orders (including Canada) are final sales and returns or exchanges will not be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please know that you will be responsible for any import fees that your country may assess upon arrival, including duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and brokerage fees. Please be aware of the fees for your specific destination, as we don't want you to be surprised at the fees when your package arrives! International shipments CANNOT be marked as GIFT, and the exact value that you pay for the item must be declared on the customs forms.

International shipments are insured until they leave the US. Once it has left the United States, we cannot be held responsible any longer.

Due to our immediacy in processing orders, they may not be cancelled 2 hours after an order is placed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. We love to help! 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Deposits of 50% can be made on pre-order items, but the item will not ship until the full purchase price has been paid. Payment in full or a 50% deposit is required to reserve the item. The item will be shipped to you within 3 business days once it arrives to our location and any remaining balance has been fully paid. If a pre-order is fully canceled prior to shipment, you will be subject to a 20% fee.

Because we aim to be as efficient as possible in our order processing, many orders are processed for shipping within a few hours. As a result, we can only accept order cancellations received within 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us via phone or email ASAP if there has been an error in your order and changes must be made. 

Our brands use industry standard sizing charts. If something is fitting in an unusual way, we will make a note of it on the item. As we test all of our products, we will let you know what we discover. If you have ANY question about sizing, please contact us and we will help you make the appropriate selection!
